Creating a New Form
User: Administrator, Educator
The following steps describe how to create a new form.
1. Select the Forms tab.
2. Click CREATE NEW FORM.
3. Enter Form Name.
4. Click ADD BUTTON TO THIS FORM.
5. Enter Button Name.
6. Check the Use as a Toggle Button to identify the In and Out points of a Moment.
Note: Lead and Lag time options are removed when the Toggle Button is selected.
7. Enter Lead Time.
8. Enter Lag Time.
9. Enter Hotkey.
10. Select button color.
11. Click OK.
A maximum of 25 buttons can can be added to a form.
12. Select desired Privacy Setting.
13. Click SAVE FORM.
