Recommended Video Converters (Hardware)

For effective HD capture, 720p is the recommended ingest format. Ultimately, the video feed needs to come into the Mac via thunderbolt.

If your video source is outputting a 1080 resolution, a converter is required to scale it down to 720p and a frame rate of less than 60 fps, prior to ingest/capture in Studiocode. The recommended device for down conversion is:
