How To Purchase or Renew a Vosaic Account
Vosaic provides you with two separate workflows to renew or purchase a subscription:
- For purchasing up to 5 paid seats.
- For purchasing more than 5 paid seats.
IMPORTANT: only users in the Administrators role can make purchases.
Purchasing Up To 5 Paid Seats
Click the Hi, First Name button in the top navigation.
Select Purchase Subscription from the drop-down menu.
Select if you'd like to renew for 1 or 2 years, and press the Renew Online button.
On the next screen, complete all required Contact Information.
Under Payment Information you have two options:
- To request an invoice to pay via Check
Clicking this button will send an email to our sales team. We will then follow up with you to confirm the order, and update your account. - To pay using ACH
Complete the banking information and press the Submit Payment button. Once successfully processed, your account will be automatically updated.
Purchasing More Than 5 Paid Seats
Click the Hi, First Name button in the top navigation.
Select Purchase Subscription from the drop-down menu.
Click the Request a Renewal Quote link, and you'll be redirected to a page with renewal form.
Complete the form and press the Submit button.
Once submitted our sales team will follow up with you to confirm your order and update your account.
