The Vosaic + Zoom integration allows you to seamlessly import your Zoom cloud recordings into your Vosaic account. Once imported, your recordings can be securely stored, analyzed, and used to support professional learning, teacher coaching, research, or other feedback workflows.
What the Integration Does
Connects your Zoom account to Vosaic.
Lets you browse and select Zoom recordings to import into your Vosaic library.
Gives you full control—only the videos you choose are imported.
Imported videos remain private to your Vosaic account and can be shared only with users you authorize.
Vosaic does not have ongoing access to your entire Zoom library. We only import the recordings you explicitly select.
How Imported Videos Are Used
Once a recording is imported into Vosaic, you can:
Tag and annotate moments in the video using custom rubrics.
Run automated analysis (such as talk-time analysis and transcription).
Use AI Mate to generate insights, summaries, and feedback.
Share with coaches, colleagues, or supervisors for feedback.
All imported videos are encrypted in transit and at rest within Vosaic’s secure cloud. Only users with proper permissions can view or analyze them.
How to Import Zoom Videos
On the Videos page in Vosaic, click Add Video.
Enter video details, then press Save and Continue.
On the next screen, scroll to Upload from Online Storage and select Zoom.
Click Connect to Zoom.
You’ll be redirected to Zoom. Log in and authorize the connection.
Once connected, browse and select the Zoom videos you’d like to import into Vosaic.
You are always in control of which videos are imported.
How to Disconnect Zoom from Vosaic
If you no longer want Vosaic connected to Zoom, you can remove the connection at any time.
If you installed the app yourself:
Go to the Zoom App Marketplace and sign in.
Click Manage (top-right).
In the left sidebar, click Added Apps.
Find Vosaic and click Remove → confirm.
If you are an account owner/admin and want to remove it for all users:
Go to the Zoom App Marketplace and sign in as Owner/Admin.
Click Manage → Apps on Account.
Open Vosaic, click Manage App, then choose Remove.
Tip: You can also choose Disable instead of Remove to temporarily block the integration.
Once removed, Vosaic immediately loses access to your Zoom account and recordings.
Data Security and Privacy
Vosaic only accesses recordings you explicitly select for import.
Imported videos are encrypted and stored securely in your Vosaic account.
If you uninstall the Zoom app, all future access to your Zoom account is revoked immediately.
Any imported recordings remain in your Vosaic account until you choose to delete them.
