Viewing Scroll Bars in a Code Window

In order for the scroll bars to become visible in a Code Window, you must first drag a button beyond the boundaries of the Code Window.
In the picture below, you can see that there are no scroll bars visible.
However, if you drag the button beyond the boundaries of the Code Window you can see the scroll bars appear. The Code Window will allow you to drag an object even completely out of site to increase the range upon which you might want to scroll.
If your scroll bars are not visible until you hover the mouse over the Code Window, you might need to change this Mac System Preference.
