Inside Sales Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for securing new business and maintaining existing relationships within the education marketplace, as well as in other markets where existing products can be leveraged. You will provide strategic leadership and project management to a team of inside sales representatives who sell and upsell to new and existing clients and grow new vertical markets. You will be key to the creative development of new vertical markets through market research and analytics.


Inside Sales Representative

In this role, your primary focus will be to acquire new customers through all marketing channels, including marketing website, social media, networking, consultative sales, and a relationship-building approach. In addition, you will expand relationships with existing customers using excellent service. If closing a deal would require in-person meeting, the position will require some travel within United States. Additional travel may be needed to attend conferences, trade shows, and customer training. However, the majority of your time will not be spent traveling and will instead consist of communication via phone, e-mail, internet-based seminars/meetings, etc
