In this video tutorial we will cover how to use file save as in relation to a code window.

Be aware let's say that is quite different than file save. Save as means you are saving the changes you made in this code window to a second code window meaning a different file altogether.

Notice that the code window I have open has already been saved and is named cw1. Going to add a code button to this code window and name it shot if my code window is the frontmost window that's open and I click on file and then save as I'm presented with this dialog window this window is basically asking me what I want to name a second code window and where I want to save it.

For sake of example I'll simply change this one to it too and I'll pay attention to where I'm saving the second code window. I'll choose the Desktop. Again notice that once I click Save the name of the code window is now cw2 so this is now a second code window that I have open. To prove this I'll open cw-1 from the desktop so that you can see the two different code windows open at the same time.
