The following steps describe how to add an annotation and simultaneously mark a moment.
1. Single click on a video in the Video List.
2. Click Watch and Mark Up the Video.
3. Click Play.
4. Click Pause on the Moment to be annotated.
5. Click the Annotation icon.
6. Select a button name.
7. Type note.
8. Click Save Note.
