The following steps describe how to add an annotation and simultaneously mark a moment.
1. Single click on a video in the Video List.
2. Click Watch and Mark Up the Video.
3. Click Play.
4. When you want to add a comment. click the Annotation icon, and the video will pause allowing you to add comments.
5. The video will pause, allowing you to select appropriate button, tag, and enter your comment
6. Click Save Note.
