I'm Not Getting Vosaic Emails
If you're not seeing user invitation emails, password reset emails, or other notification emails in your inbox, it's possible that they've been sent to your Spam/Junk folder.
Here's how to prevent emails from going to your spam folder
If you're using Gmail follow these steps
- Log in to Gmail.com on your computer
- Click the filter icon located in the right side of the Search box
- In the From field enter "@vosaic.com"
- Click the "Create Filter" link
- On this screen select the "Never send it to Spam"
- Click the "Create Filter" button
