I'm Not Getting Vosaic Emails

If you're not seeing user invitation emails, password reset emails, or other notification emails in your inbox, it's possible that they've been sent to your Spam/Junk folder.

Here's how to prevent emails from going to your spam folder

If you're using Gmail follow these steps

  1. Log in to Gmail.com on your computer
  2. Click the filter icon located in the right side of the Search box

  3. In the From field enter "@vosaic.com"

  4. Click the "Create Filter" link
  5. On this screen select the "Never send it to Spam"
