Available to users in Administrator and Educator roles.
To prevent video from being deleted follow these steps:
1. Go to video detail page, click the settings button (Gear icon), and select "Edit Video Details" from the drop-down
2. In the Edit Video modal check the box "Prevent Video From Being Deleted"
3. Press "Save" to save the settings.
Once the option "Prevent Video From Being Deleted" is checked, any time someone presses a button to delete a video, a modal will popup to showing that "Video is Locked".
