Share Forms with Specific Groups

Platform: Browser

Available to users in Administrator and Educator roles.

To share Forms with Groups, you must be in an Administrator or Educator role. If you're in an Educator role you must be the creator (owner) of the Form to edit it.

1. Log in to your Vosaic account using a browser (not iOS app)

2. Go to Forms page

3. Select the Form you’d like to share

4. In the Edit Mark-Up Form sidebar, under Privacy Setting select “Groups”

5. From the drop-down menu, select the Group you’d like to share the Form with

6. Once done, press “Save Form”
