Video is Not Playing, or Screen Goes Black
If you are using Chrome and Vosaic page you're on goes black, or a video is not playing, you may need to disable "Hardware Acceleration".
To do that follow these steps:
- Press the three dots in the top-right corner of your browser, then click "Settings".
- From the left hand menu select "Advanced"
- Select "System"
- Toggle off "Use hardware acceleration when available"
- Press "Relaunch"
