Video is Not Playing, or Screen Goes Black

If you are using Chrome and Vosaic page you're on goes black, or a video is not playing, you may need to disable "Hardware Acceleration".

Use hardware acceleration when available

To do that follow these steps:

  1. Press the three dots in the top-right corner of your browser, then click "Settings".
  2. From the left hand menu select "Advanced"
  3. Select "System"
  4. Toggle off "Use hardware acceleration when available"
  5. Press "Relaunch"
