About User Roles
All users are assigned a role to fit how they use Vosaic. Vosaic Roles include:
- Administrator—Can perform all actions without restrictions, and can manage billing. Most organizations designate just one or a few people for this role.
- Educator—Can watch, upload, and mark up all videos they have access to. Can manage users, groups, and forms.
- Learner—Can watch, mark-up, and annotate videos they recorded and uploaded or videos that've been shared with them.
- Viewer—Can watch, mark up, and annotate videos that've been shared with them. This user role is free; you may create as many viewer accounts as you like.
Administrators can change the roles of users within their organization as often as they like. Only Administrators, Educators, and Learners can upload video.
