Viewing Moments Without Playing

User: Administrator, Educator, Learner, Viewer
A User can go to the beginning of a first marked moment in the video timeline. The marked moment will not be played.

The following steps describe how to get to a first marked moment.
1. Single click on a video in the Video List.
2. Click a Moment name under MARKED UP MOMENTS.

3. The playhead will be taken to the beginning of the first marked moment.
